Prosecution Rests wholesale bikinis in Prep School Rape Trial as Expert Testifies that Defendant's DNA was Found on Girl's Underwear
Prosecutors top lingerie websites rested their case Tuesday against Owen Labrie, a prep school graduate who allegedly raped a 15-year-old female student last year at New Hampshires elite St. Pauls School.
During vintage wedding lingerie Tuesdays testimony, prosecutors called to the stand witnesses including a detective who interviewed Labrie after the alleged assault as well as a criminalist who testified that male DNA found on the girls underwear matched Labries profile. Labrie, now 19, admitted that there was consensual touching and kissing but has repeatedly denied having sex with the high school freshman.
Concord Police Detective Julie plus size babydoll sleepwear Curtin testified that during her interview with Labrie he admitted he put on a condom during the May 2014 encounter but stopped short of having sex, according to the Boston Globe.
Curtin testified that Labrie described the incident as playful and claimed he never took off the girls underwear, the newspaper reports.
Her underwear never came off, that s just a fact, Curtin recalled Labrie telling her, according to the Concord Monitor.
Labrie said he believed using a condom would be more of a tease, Curtin said in the Concord, New Hampshire, courtroom.
The teen also allegedly told Curtin that it would be the end of my life, if he had sexual intercourse with the girl.
On Monday, Andrew Thomson, a former roommate of Labries, told the court that his friend claimed to have had sex with the girl during St. Pauls Schools year-end senior salute tradition, where graduating seniors proposition younger students.
Thomson said he warned Labrie against hooking up with the student. I told him it probably wasnt a good great idea and I warned him that she was a lot younger than us, he testified.
The girl, now 16, testified last week about the alleged assault in a secluded room on the campus, describing how Labrie twice attempted to remove her bra and underwear, which she claims to have tried to resist.
Labrie is scheduled to take the stand sometime this week.
